Soon to return for its second outing, the series is looking to build off of a solid foundation, and sure enough, the upcoming F1 Manager 2023 is promising a number of improvements both big and small.
From new features and mechanics that will further deepen the experience of managing, controlling, and growing your own F1 team to new broadcast features that will bring players even closer to the action, F1 Manager 2023 seems to have a number of upgrades over its predecessor up its sleeve. There are some missing features in the game. We have to change teams. We should have more control over engineers. We should recruit engineers of different abilities and ranks on the team and create a department, not just chiefs. I know we control the strategy, but the strategist must be in the game. And if the game gives us an opportunity, we can set up a strategy department.

I’ll wait and hope F1 manager 24 will be better. This new game isn’t worth buying (unless you don’t have F1 Manager 22). Very disappointing

It isn't a management sim. There is very little meat on the team management bone. You don't negotiate sponsors which means 'budget management' is insultingly simple. Engine suppliers don't negotiate, they just charge. It's a race engineer som.. that insists on billing you to hire two race engineers, into for you to do their entire job for them. How hard is it to understand people just wanted grand Prix World, but updated to modern standards.

@@billieboy8539 I have been watching and in my opinion the changes are not worth paying full price for. The team switching is clearly an afterthought as it will not be available upon release so that worries me. I'll be following the game closely and will wait for its release before deciding whether to buy.
