You’d know if you were approved right there at the interview. You can book your visa interview immediately you get your I-20 and make your Sevis payment

Thank you for all the information 🙏🏾. Please I have two questions 1. If you defer your admission because. Of the fact that the interview date is far from your resumption date and the person is issued a new I-20 is it necessarily the school change the admission letter too because of the date . Because im facing this right now I have a new I-20 but no new admission letter and I got a scholarship from the school since I deferred the date has to change right ? 2. My course of study is by accounting and analytics but in my I-20 my major is management science I don’t know if that’s a problem

Hi. If you deferred to a new semester, for most schools, you should get a new admission letter. Send your graduate coordinator an email to confirm it’s like that in your school. Then, for the second question. In your school, accounting and analytics might be under the Major “management science”, so that shouldn’t be a problem.

I don’t think age should be a problem. So long as you can say what you’ve been up to, why you want to study the course, and your future plans
