Back then when all indonesian waiting to see haryanto's name on the classification or waiting him to get into the camera shot which is only because he was about to be lapped, but then the tv showed haryanto stuck in the gravel so all haryanto's fan realize why aren't his name is not in any potition. I read that it was beyond what the team is allowed to say to a driver over the radio but that's still a little vague to me. Can someone give me more details as to what is and isn't allowed and why?
