Same springs here. Good choice. KW sleeves don’t really go lower unless you go against the specs on where to mount the perch.

F10 front hubs are a 12mm lip, be careful and measure the lip before you buy the spacers. If you buy 10mm then the spacers won't sit flush with the hub assembly. I'd recommend 12mm on the front and 15mm on rear. I have this set up on OEM 19s and looks just right, any different then it'd look weird.

I did the following changes, pre- H&R installation - 305 series tires on the rear, Burger Tuning 10 MM spacers. I also added 10 mm spacers to the front. I tink I should ahve gone with 15mm but it made a great difference in look and handling. I am installing the H&R kit this week and expect it to finnish the look well. I think with the Competition Package (As i also have), you will not notice a huge drop, which is what I want. I lowered my E60 M5 just in the front and it took a good month probably for the chassis to settle in. I will post the results once the H&R's are installed.

Ironically my F10 has 2 broken coils and it worked out cheaper to buy lowering springs all round as opposed to oem springs. Sitting 30mm lower on rear and 35mm on front. The Mrs. Thinks we've saved money, that's all that matters. Haha

Bro the H&R springs the ones you put on do lower your car inch in the front and the half inch on the rear… if you want more you buy the super sport springs… I just did this on my F10 and it made a huge difference and usually takes a day to fully settle and you need to get an alignment after.

Ok so the moment i saw ur rear shocks they looked regular because my EDC rest shocks have electronics on the side of the shock and u can see it behind the disc. I thought ur shocks got EDC Deleted and converted to regular shocks as BMW either installs EDC all around or not. Then i saw a cable connected to the top of the shock and was like "Oh ok, these must be either a newer simpler version EDC or some cheap knock-offs. Anyways good job and all these strut bolts/screws have specific torque specs!

Do you have an M5 ? My brother has a 550i and his rear EDC is also on the shock instead of a wire coming from the top like mine. Im not too sure what the difference though. Thanks for watching man!

Dude. Excellent tutorial. Only issue i saw, you put vice-grips on the shock/strut shaft. It probably put marks that when pushed in while dampening, may fuck up you strut seals. Needing replacements later. Which on a budget, gonna be expensive. Since you had an impact, you could have just hit it and it would come off without. But hey, live and learn. Looks good!!!!

Good video. My h&r springs look slightly high in the front too but much better than stock. Some of other springs look even worse in the front. I paid $600🤯 to get my springs installed too 🤦‍♂️

Drive it. Mine took 2 months to settle because I don’t drive it much. I had to Align it twice because I did it too early and it sunk more and re adjusted camber.

Everyday driver I’d give 2 weeks to fully settle. Then align. You can get away with cutting a coil later and still being ok, but just give it time to settle before u make your decision. I thought the same where after a few days it would be settled, I think these heavier BMWs take longer.
