The f13 has happend on my machines after storms or power line issues. Flipping the breaker on and off quickly a few times has cleared it

Wow. I'm dealing with washers where the power was cut and then the machines left unused for years. Maybe 20 out of 22 of them show F13 and I was baffled as to how a power outage would have caused that. Reading that the same thing has happened to you is reassuring. I'll have to attempt your fix, but it's crazy that a machine that appears so well built and serviceable behaves this finicky.

Those multimeter probes are dangerous to use for checking live mains voltages, the exposed metal probe tip is way too long for safety.

I'm surprised the technician is wearing a watch. Some repairs have to be done when the machine is live.

Really!?! I've been in the business for over 41 years. Dexter is one of the best commercial laundromat brands on the market, along with Alliance, ADC, and a handful of others.
