I have to say, out of all the devs on MSFS, JustFlight has really stepped the bar up. Is the PMDG good? sure. Is the Fenix's depth impressive? yes. IMO none of them come close to the BAE-146 by yours truly, JustFlight. Can't wait to get my hands on the Fokker.

Absolutely. With the 146 and the F28 you can tell just how much love went into creating these addons. JustFlight's planes have great character to them and not only because the aircraft themselves are iconic birds. The recreation of them are amazing.

Have about 1500 hrs in the -4000 at Horizon Air. I didn’t see a Horizon livery for the -4000, please consider that. Horizon was the last US operator of the aircraft. Phenomenal work!

Just downloaded & then T/O and a few attempts at landing, but the weather is getting ropey at EGNT, aborted first landing, did another touch and go then came in for a landing, all ok until I hit my throttle thrust reversers……nice grassy apron! Lol it was great….must read the manual. Nice job just flight😊

Absolutely stunning work, I can see myself getting this one, even if I usually would hold off on most of the liners, the gns 530 option is a brilliant feature and there’s that utterly amazing jet noise lets face it is why we all want this!! 😁 not to mention how immersive that dust on the windshield looks and the ground roll sounds!!! (watch and learn pmdg!!!! Don’t get me wrong I love the pmdg 737! except for that annoying fake tyre squeak, you don’t hear that in the real cockpit, instead you hear a whole bunch of other noises rattling and shaking and the spoilers extending automatically, the absolute roar of the engines reverse thrust in the back and the nose gear hitting the runway centre lights..)

I can’t wait for the release! Will it be possible to add the take-off data from the manual to the EFB, so it can be checked from the plane itself (especially useful in VR, assuming the performance will be equally good to the (amazing) 146)?

The Thrust Index tables are currently only available in the manual, but we would also like to add them to the EFB/ Likely to be post-release if we do though. We have included logic that sets the thrust index automatically based on the airports altitude and temperature though, so you should only need to the tables to cross check the setting and/or to set a derated takeoff.

I’m emotionally attached to this aircraft, it was the first aircraft I flew as a passenger in 1985, and was the first airliner I operated as FO in 1998. I didn’t hesitate one second to buy the addon as soon as it was released despite its high price. This is what I think of it: 1) external and cabin 3D modeling is great. 2) flight model is just default Msfs model, same feeling as all jet msfs aircraft, I guess it is a Msfs limitation JF are not at fault here. 3) cockpit instruments and captions are aweful!! Tiny, blurry and barely readable. 4) FPS is very bad, compared to PMDG and FBW, even though these latter are more modern and thus more CPU intensive. I hope JF will do something about 3&4.

You need to contact our support team with your gripes. They'll help you out and give you some answers. Your opinion on all of this of course and it's subjective but you're very much in a minority with points 2, 3 and 4. The FM isn't just the default MSFS model, it's far from that. A hell of a lot of time has been spent on improving and refining it, using RW F28 pilots too. You're right that there are restrictions though, that's very true. Not sure how you have your settings but the CP instruments and captions are not awful. Look at screenshots on the website for evidence of that. Maybe worth using the 8k textures but again our support team will help if you're seeing something that looks that bad in the CP. FPS not reported to us as bad by anyone else and in test the frame rates were excellent. You're the first to mention this so again I'd implore you to seek help from our support team on the matter. Thanks for your custom and interest in the F28 Pro.

Bought this on Xbox, 5 hours later to have screen working instead of just black screens. When go to remove chocks it goes black again. When finally working and all procedures are complete. The plane just crashes when on auto pilot. It looks great and has great features. But on Xbox I feel it was rushed and needs updating to fix the content issues. I paid $105 and only flown it once. Rest of the time it’s black screens and or can’t do anything. Even flight plans etc just give me errors. Wouldn’t recommend for Xbox unless it’s updated.

As per replies to you on the Comments section on the other video, this issue isn't anything to do with the aircraft it's a limitation of the platform (Xbox) itself. The product wasn't rushed out, it actually arrived many months after the initial PC release whilst the team worked fastidiously to ensure it would work as close as possible to the PC version. The aircraft itself for MSFS took close to two years to develop so in no way shape or form was it rushed. @@justflight I’ve emailed support team and no reply. It can’t be Xbox as I have downloaded many planes with high resolution settings and never had an issue. I even took out many things on the game that caused these issues in past and still same issues. It’s only your plane. It’s to the point it’s not fly able you can understand why I’m frustrated. Even on take off the flaps are correct, heading and course set properly, pitch is set at what it’s mean to. Still just lifts right up then faces down bounces. When hit auto pilot it just bounces front shuts off and crashes. I think once I’ve actually being able to fly it. You can’t say that’s Xbox problems when it’s only your plane.

@@adambelong2953 You can Adam if the F28 is very processer intensive anyway. It's high-end stuff and pushes everything to the limit,. hence the extended period it took us to ensure it worked on Xbox to the point where we could get it released. Not all aircraft are coded or are the same in terms of what's below the bonnet regardless of level of the aircraft. The F28 has had no similar reported problems on PC, none at all. None of our testing has seen this issue crop up at all. That's not to say you don't have an issue, evidently you do and we'll do what's possible to help you. Do you have a ticket number or a name that you used when submitting your ticket, I'll then chase the reply up for you.

One thing I see a lot, even with very nicely designed MSFS addons like this: Animations still appear to be very linear. This shows quite a bit 01:47. The floor panel moves into position as if it was controlled by an electric motor. In real life it is moved by a flight attendant, who would pull it out of it's retaining mechanism with some force, slide it outward and let it drop. Of course, beforehand she or he would remove the step's handrail. Moving both at the same time does not appear to be very realistic. Other than the animations issues - this jet looks and sounds fantastic! I hope the flight dynamics are nice as well.
