My xiangling is 64/140 , lvl 87 with dragon’s bane R3….( ultimate lvl 12) Why does she only hits 45k on International???????

I started playing long after umbrella was free so i dont have it either..relatable He really likes elemental mastery so try to balance his crit ratio w artifacts and then go iron sting in my opinion 😊😊

Different device different movement. The rng movement between Phone Laptop and PC are different. Sometimes on Laptop/Phone at first time unlock the key u no need to use e to prevent dash.
