Can someone explain the 50/50s on summons? How is it confirmed he will pull Andre next summon?

I'll explain! So lets say you go on the rate-up banner for the first time. The banner is for Isla, you pull an SSR but it turns out to be Alicia! That means you lost the 50/50 flip, on whether or not it will be the rate-up banner hunter or not. So because you didn't pull Isla, your next SSR will be the rate-up hunter. This carries over! So if I wait for Thomas, my next one will be him! Since I pulled Isla THEN Min, that means on Min I lost the 50/50, so now I'm ready to go!
