I get both and focus on Reiner all the way. Scarlita is already good as one copy to help with deficit. reiner is already good as well but at m+ will help with dps against bosses.

Meh, as low spender (bp, monthly card few times). Got my Rein to m+, and going to grind blue balls for now, someday I`m going to pull for a new celestial to s+. Top-50 arena, top-50 DR, top 300 grand arena. If I can keep up this positions then I`m good with my roster for now.

Hi, I just started two weeks ago so forgive my stupid question, do I get one of these guys and put them on team now even though they're at starting level or do i keep using the normal characters that are in higher grades? (they're soooo expensive i can only get one from guild store but i saw people in arena people using them so i kinda want one now😂)

i finally got my reinier to m+ today so should i keep him at only m+ and go for scarlita from now on a good choice? I'm a light spender and I've only spend on the monthly gems which doesn't affect how frequent I'll get hypo/celes so you can technically consider me as a f2p

I'd say definitely keep Reinier at M+. Who you go for next I can't really say, depends on your server / account and what your goals are

Phraesto and Talene are heavily dependent on Supreme+ 15+ EX weapon minimum to be good. The other Cele/Hypos that is a good and cheaper investment is Scarlita especially if you play PVP, she starts working at Supreme+ 10 EX. In conclusion, If you only care about PVE, focus on Phraesto, if you care more about PVP and good at PVE (Phraesto is still better) is Scarlita as she's more of an inexpensive investment compared to Phraesto (Phraesto requires 15+ EX Weapon to work)
