Was looking forward to this ever since the premiere popped on youtube. Im at 4 min for now, video's great so far, it would just be great to know if you're not completing or not starting quests. Maybe you explain that later! Edit: you mention about 6:30 that this is partially to lock out ogresses so I guess it's not starting quests, great stuff!

Yep, no quest starting is the plan. If I accidentally start one which hopefully doesn’t happen, it does say how far into the quest you are so I probably wouldn’t restart if that happened.

how do you plan on getting bone fragments? i compromised my account a while ago to buy a brown apron so i could get chisel, tiara mould and symbol mould from crafting guild :(

You don’t need bone fragments. I have the skull sceptre pieces banked, and you can just add them to it, the same as frags.

Loved the video, considering you can kill Ogresses without completing the quest I assume your "no quest" restriction is not starting any quests? Also sadly you have to be a member to get the mithril scimmy from a mystery box

Ice giants and ice warriors drop the Mithril mace, which I believe will be your best melee weapon until you get rune weapons from the giant bosses. (excluding smithing, which would take much longer). Let me know if you want to know about multi-flinching set ups.

The quest gives you access to the essence mine, but you can collect essence from monster drops.

Hmm for Runes you can try using the maze random event to gather as much basic runes as you want from the chest. stay in the maze random event and just click chest until timer runs out. Way safer vs going to wildy. Also Mind runes can be gotten for free from mage tutor ever 30 mins or so. Steel scimitar can be obtain from hill giants at the desert near giant foundry(prefer these giants as less/no bots here). Anyways awesome video, looking forward to the next episode.

Training magic and telegrabbing the gold bar in Varrock West bank is the faster method to get a gold bar.
