If there's already VV, Kachina is most likely, and ironically better than Xilonen. Xilonen takes significantly more field time. Kachina can potentially be played in 30 seconds rotation with just 1 sec of field time because of her off fuel present, she can continuously refresh the cinder buff off field as long as it proc hydro crystallise. Xilonen needs to approach the enemies, normal attack few times, and then burst with 2 secs of burst animation, she'll atleast needs 2-3 or even 4 seconds of field time every 20 secs seconds. Which is bad for a support that does zero damage. Long field time for a non damaging support = big dps lost. She's severely overhyped.

@@ischl420 what huge buff lil guy? 36% resistance shred? As I already said, if there's already VV, it's unfortunately only 10% final dmg increase. Which isn't going to be enough to compensate her long field time. In a team where VV exist and not a hindrance to setup even in multi waves,and where you can use Kachina, like in Neuvillette carry - the team these clueless people most hyping about for Xilonen - Xilonen is exceedingly low value, or even a downgrade vs Kachina. Rather, Xilonen is high value where VV setup is a hindrance, and where you need a buffer and healer in one slot, which a lot of teams...including Mualani's. So yes I was a little out of place to say that in a Mualani video. I was just trying to get people to be aware more of the nuances.

@@saddany3254 with mualani's release more and more chars dont want him bc of his low duration of his buff. appararently xilonen's buff is not only better but also lasts significantly longer. alot of my dps outlast kazuha's buff so its just gonna feel easier to do with without that. also xilonen does provide some healing and movement abilities.

EM and hp are also important. This guy uses a LOT of buffs (instructor on zhongli, archaic petra xiangling and cinder city on kachina). But ngl archaic petra on xiangling is big brain move

Yes but you will want to play a different team then Mualani, Dehya, a dendro(preferably Nahida) and then a flex slot for an anemo, or geo with one of those 2 sets or a bealer or whatever

This isn't the best team for any investment Mualani lmao. Her best team current is probably Mualani Xiangling Nahida/Kazuha Furina. Kachina is not in Mualani's best teams, neither is Zhongli. They are just options that can be used.
