what food do you recommend is the most cost effective for training? The number of clicks does not matter. Just trying to be cost effective without getting something small like shrimp that only heals 1 hp....looking for most bang for my buck

Cakes are cheap and easy to come by, same with wine. Cake heals 12hp but takes 3 bites to eat (4hp per bite) Wine heals 11 however lowers accuracy, not a problem if your training range or mage. Otherwise trout/salmon are fast to catch requiring only lvl 25/30 fishing healing 7hp/9hp respectively, you require feathers and a fly fishing rod in order to fish for trout/salmon.
