To movethat fast you should jump once then dash to any direction (recomended to a side) while doing the double jump, andyou can follow it with the kick dash by pressing W twice, just keep on doing that combo and moving your camera fastly and you are good.

Im just curious how he moves so fast all the time. My character feels like a snail. The modes make it somewhat better. But it doesn't look like hes even using any modes... so im so confused how hes able to move like that

Celestial race, doku tengoku bloodline, get a mentor with wide dash and 6200 tai. Get a senko rasengan sub ability and use dagai wire for mobility. Thats all of the stuff he used. Celestial allows u to fly, tengoku 2nd skill give u temporary mobility, dagai wires are good for running to get chakra, wide dashes are from mentors that u can get once u hit S rank or higher. The senko spirit bomb is basically a scroll that u have to wait on a specific time then lobby hop or smth. Research more about all of these, and u can be like him too.

tbh all u have to do is js spam faster than other ppl and have good dmg bloodlines like for ex, indra akuma, kamki akuma, and thats all i can think of i havent played in a while
