Noelle without max dupe is practically useless in PvP. Her going before everyone is what makes her absolutely nuts to play. As long as she is paired with an attacker no matter how good your build is one of your 4 characters is dead

On JP we can go up to lv 125, and it’s a crazy feature as lv 110 gives +20k or +40k HP depending on the unit
