Unless you have a CDL this would be illegal to operate. He stated 14k gvwr on F450. Load trail double axle single wheel is also 14k gvwr based on length and axles. Then the fact that the trailer is 4920 lbs and the CAT weighs in at 10,533 lbs you are also now 1,453 lbs over your rating. Not trying to be negative, but as someone that managed a fleet that was trucks and trailers just like these you really need to be careful.

@@roadrunnergtx68this is wrong, you will 100% need a CDL for this setup due to the GCWR of the truck and trailer, that trailer has a GVWR of 14,000, plus the GVWR of the truck which is 14,000 lbs which makes a GCWR of 28,000 which is over the 26,001 threshold for non CDL

@jeffreygiauque7075 I disagree. A 3500 or F350 long bed srw weigh approximately 8600 lbs plus your 14000 lb trailer totals 22600 lbs. We haul single wheel tandem goosenecks to pick up material at Salt Lake City all the time and nobody has a cdl.
