The funny thing for me about people treating transfer students badly is that when I was in high school every transfer student was treated so well, they became part of the popular kids. Only ONE was not that popular and it was a guy, but he found friends. it was always so strange to meet someone from out of the country and be one of the only people to know and talk about their culture and then after one school week all the did was beat you up. Life is strange.

@lavendher this will be difficult to answer, but I'll try. In part, I get Mommy-type vibes from her and the French maid, but not the escort (unless it's much more subtle with her). But if I were to attempt to pinpoint anything specific for only this character (which is more difficult), it would probably be a combination of said Mommy-type vibes, the subtle flirty teasing (that takes advantage of me being romantically submissive), the tenderness and patience with which she speaks (as well as listens), and her possessiveness of the listener.

Thanks for an audio I could empathize with (even if it's with the speaker character)! I know the feeling of being a transfer all too well. My parents and I moved a lot when I was a child. Hardly ever got to make friends and having to go through the "new kid" phase a lot. Makes ya grow a thick skin. But it got me where I am now so I can't really complain.

As a mere exchange student (as opposed to a permanent student), she unfortunately will not be around for more than a few weeks. Hopefully I'm wrong, because even after only a few minutes, I'd enjoy talking with her. Also, I really love the French accent you have created. I first discovered you through the "French Escort" audio, and your voice in both audios is disarming and soothing (I do love your normal voice too, but the French voice is heavenly). Her: "Yes. I am a mama's girl. Laugh it up, I don't care." Me: "Hey. I'm a Mama's boy myself. You'll get no such mockery from me. Unless it's intended to make you laugh and/or smile, which I will be trying to do." I really hope that (within the story) she is able to stick around and not get dragged off somewhere else anymore. Even this was only the first two encounters, I really want to fall asleep with her on the couch/sofa while watching a movie, laying in each other's arms and not caring about the world for a few hours. Thank you for the amazing audio, Lavendher. I really hope that we get to see characters such as her return.
