For the people who don't know This is popular trend in Japan which is called F74 or Floor 74, basically, you have to write a F74 with a red pen before going to sleep, then you will go into Floor 74, In floor 74, You are in a red hallway and you need to find a door with no text and you will escape if you go into that door, you only have 10 hours to escape, if you didn't escape in 10 hours, you will be stuck forever, if you look back, a unknown person will catch you and send you to the white room, the room you can never escape. for does who don’t know: what they mean with F74: basically the trend is from japan but also is not real but the kids who wrote down the F74 word but just got a scary dream and this trend started and the kid said (i think) was "i was in a red room that said F74 and also a creature was following me and then when i saw a door without the number i opened it and woke up" but basically it isn’t an life risk but it can give you a scary dream and people keep continuing the trend to this day but is slowly dying try write to down F74 and you’ll get an whole different dream so the trend is fake. the white room people are talking about: basically the shadow that the kid talked about is a entity that takes you to a place that’s called "the white room" but it just takes you there if you look at it but since the trend was new a Japanese kid was rumored she/he died on he/her bed with the F74 mark but it’s just because of a heart attack but don’t be mad at me cause this is what im trying to know but also rumors said the white room didn’t wake girl up if she tried and kept banging in the dream but all of the rumors are fake so its just what they think will happen and F74 doesn’t involve with backrooms cuz Level "run for your life" is a level where you run to the exit and it has a lot of doors so what they are trying to say that they just was in a nightmare.

I actually did this in Japan when I was on vacation with a red marker and at 3 am.. I got teleported to this dimension, it’s hard to describe. My memory of it isn’t that big because i had done it 2 years ago. Luckily, I managed to escape then I woke up terrified. I woke up crying my eyes out. When I woke up the next day I felt pretty dizzy. Please DO NOT try this. Everything seemed so dull. It used to be much more vibrant before it happened. At some times I saw random people looking at me intensely, it was pretty weird. I hadn’t told my mom cause I Thought I have might and gotten in trouble . A ween later when I left Japan, I started feeling much better. Nothing weird was happening and the world started getting its colors back. I’m lucky I am alive today. Im never doing it again. This is serious matters.. btw it’s not the back rooms it’s a different place

Guys I did it. I’m not in Japan but I put it on my wrist. It worked. I had the dream. I’m not lying I found the door in time but my gosh did it scare me when I woke up my parents were shaking me bc they heard me screaming and I was sweating so much my pillow was covered in sweat . I’m telling you now don’t do this trend it does not work the very first time but since I forgot about it it stayed on there for a couple days maybe like 3. It’s just a chance not an instant work.
