To the ones with heartbreak: the fact that you are watching this video to try to heal your heart is a big step to fully healing! Whenever you are looking for answers to your questions, the more you understand why it happens the way it happened but only if you combine it with your belief. Trust in Allah swt and cry yourself out that is okay to do and a part of your healing journey but like fatima said, try to fake it bec it actually could affect you in the next years. People leave so that Allah can give you new people that take their place. And even if you can't find any answers to your questions rn. Allah swt will 100% answer them for you but you have to understand that it could take weeks, months or years so be patient❤

Alot of people keep saying you wasn't married (no nikkah) just engaged and just living together and broke up so therefore it's just a breakup. Hi girl & salam, you could be allergic/intolerant to something but u dont know. It showed up on an allergy test that I'm lactose intolerant and I had no idea, after I cut out dairy I'm alot better now. Also you need to check if theres any black mold on the walls ect in your house, most of it is invisible to the humans. If your at home most of the day your breathing it in and it affects your alot, the skin is the largest organ and it's more sensitive to diet and lifestyle than we think.
