You have been using this chimney for a year now. Can you please Describe your experience with it and any ISSUES WITH IT that a new customer should know about ?? I am planning to buy this one soon and it would be a great help if you could please give your experience with it. Also the Water Reservoir coming with it is unique to this chimney having a HEAT & WATER Clean. Does it really work ?? How has been your experience with Faber service ??! Thanks

There is no issues in using the chimney so far. It sucks all the oil stain while cooking and there is no any stain on the kitchen cupboard or other places. Its enough to do steam cleaning, once or twice a month as per our usage.Faber service is good and am satisfied with their service. After service the chimney is working as good as before.

did you buy the long duct black cover or it was provided along with the chimney? usually I have noticed brands give small cover

Sorry for the late reply. So far No issues In working. Steam cleaning is enough as mentioned in the video. 6 months once it requires maintenance from service center. 🙂

They will deep clean the Chimney. It's not possible to us to clean inside the Chimney.
