The toll he is trying to tell you about to use with the cooked potatoes is called a "Ricer". The recipe is not available in the show more area anymore it has been deleted so you buy the book.

My Grandfather used to make something like this but he called it Cavatis..He would roll the dough pieces under his thumb to make the shape.

Not true EITHER !!! Te Greeks knew of electricity at 600BC! The Hebrew prophet Ezekiel - IN THE HEBREW BIBLE!! - talks about ELECTRICITY (חשמל) 3,000 years ago!! So the answer is NOT AS SIMPLE AS YOU SUGGEST! And it was Edison who commercialized ELECTRICITY - in spite of the GENIUS OF TESLA! So I'd say THANK GOD for electricity - he's the ORIGINAL CREATOR !
