There is an easier way then breaking off the tabs on the side panels. Octal450 has a great youtube video on how to do it. With practice, I can now take the side panels off in about 20 seconds with no broken tabs. :)

It’s a great looking job, but I’m stuck on what to do with the front plate. How did you get all the buttons and connectors off without damaging the ribbon cables?

hey man! thanks.. you can see around minute 19:15 when i glue back all the pieces... you have to broke all the plastic joints with careful and then glue it back together..

How did you take out the sensors from the front face of the xbox? The power button, eject button etc?

Be brave and break them and in the end glue it back together… Thats the only way! 😂

Eu concordo com o amigo. Não acho que é necessário diminuir drasticamente o seguimento da limpeza, mas a pintura quase não vemos com detalhes... Minha dica seria buscar customizações mais temáticas, combinações que remetem a jogos específicos e inconfundíveis.
