But are the parameters all automatable? I bought this thing, Low End Strings thinking it would more or less be the case but it so isn't. Even in the xmas bundle, I don't want to pay 100 bucks to run into that frustration as I did with that one, it puts a hard chill on my enthusiasm and it will not see much use here, in fact I may just want to sell it.

the manual states that Performance Controls are automatable in DAW; but is this for each of the three layers or is it like Low End Strings where all 3 are controlled at the same time? Also concerned with the X/Y as automatable.

Does it have multi-channel routing capabilities where the left & right channels of each individual instrument can be routed to be processed on a different channel? I guess that would probably be a total of 6 channels.

What bothers me is that I payed for Komplete 14 Collectors Addition, I have the Mac Pro M1 and now I can't use some of the Products in the Pack because its not compatible with Apple anymore and the Product is not getting updated. I feel cheated NI. How do we trust your product if you can just discontinue it after being purchased ?

I appreciate that NI is taking their sweet time porting some synths over to native Apple Silicon compatibility, but rest assured nothing you bought in K14 is discontinued. Besides, if you really do need to run something that only works on Intel Macs, you can enable running in Rosetta. Not ideal of course but much of the performance remains.

Still no one seems to have the courage to do an interesting vocal library. We have enough choirs, do some interesting articulations, whispers, Johann Johannsson style. The only close one is Babel by OT and still doesn’t cut it.

Etherea has all the best vocals and all compatible with Kontakt. Their most recent is a celtic/viking bundle called PROMETHEUS. I personally love it. And they're doing sales all the time for all their vocal libraries. Their synths are meh, not really a fan. But the vocals are strikingly good

@@fuxid6091wait. Aftertouch allows you to press in the keys as you play them (add pressure) which controls certain sound parameters. The mk2 offers this “monophonically”, meaning any key pressed this way affects ALL notes being played. Polyphonic aftertouch, which this supports but current NI hardware doesn’t (hint hint) allows that control per-note.

I bought this and while it sounds great it is unfortunately very buggy...enough so to where unless you just want to only use the presets unmodified its useless. The third circle which generally is the percussion or SFX will shut off anytime you modify the volume or other settings in that layer and will not turn back even when switching to another preset so essentially it becomes mute for every preset after until you kill the plugin and start over. I sadly had this issue also in its sister product Lores but just not nearly as bad. I wouldn't of purchased this in its current state had i known.
