I love watching Fabric Match Maker, because I can see everyone's unique fabric submitted. And then watch Fran create miracle quilts. Also give her advice on the fabric she chose for the participants. Hi Kathy! Yes, the fabric changes the look of all of our patterns so easily. We have a couple videos we've done in more detail demonstrating how they look. Search on KZbin for 3-yard quilt different patterns same fabric 😊

Just a comment about directional fabrics: I had to repair a well loved quilt border because it was always used at the top of the bed and pulled under my daughter’s chin. After that, I occasionally flip every other row in a directional pattern on a quilt so that the top and bottom can be either, top or bottom when put on a bed or used.
