I have all of your books, have made several quilt from them. Hoping make at least one quilt out of every book, and then more. All I have made have been the 3 yard ones, but am planning to make some larger, thankfully your already shoe the directions in your instructions available.

Would love to see some ways to use 3 yard quilt patterns using quilt as you go techniques. The biggest challenge for me ( and likely others) is to get our quilts long-armed. It gets really expensive and my space makes free-motion quilting a full quilt impossible.

Thank you for all the creative ideas to make those 3-yard quilt blocks shine in other projects. I thought you were going to make a wreath block out of that friendship portion of the last quilt!

Very creative! I'm generally intent on the whole quilt but love the idea of doing parts for gifts. I own all your books and a few kits that I can use. Thanks for the inspiration. Love your videos

Loved how you made your hanging sleeve for the wall hanging. But please tell us how do you hang the quilt after the sleeve is sewn on. Please and thank you. I sometimes sew a small plastic circle to mine but it really doesn't look great and sometimes doesn't hang good. Thank you. Love your shows.

Oh Fran, You inspired me!! I have the freedom pattern ! And perhaps I can use that wreath of stars to make a wall hanging using Christmas fabrics!! Or make a pillow! Thank you, thank you, thank you

Love the ideas! The Christmas tree is darling; it sparked my imagination...you could add beads, stars whatever sew on embellishments available or even embroidery. Yes, more work, but some of us enjoy the handwork to make a bejeweled piece of art on a pillow or wall hanging. I don't think you would want to add embellishments to table runners if you're actually going to use them, but think of the possibilities that Fran has presented. Thanks, Fran, for the great inspiration.

It’s been a busy week and I, finally getting around to watching this video. And all I can say is WOW!!! Super great ideas for using the books and patterns for something different than just quilts. I have vintage bedroom furniture (from my grandparents) and I’ve always kept so,e kind of runner, etc. on the top of the 6 drawer dresser. Looks nice and no scratches! Anyway, instead of a table runner, how about using the runner on top of my dresser! I’m looking at it right now and can see all kinds of different runners I could make. Great ideas for those 3-yard bundles!!!!!

How big would the blocks alone be? I’m looking for 10” blocks.

Our Evergreen pattern from the Make It Christmas book is not a 10" block. I would check out these patterns from the book, Favorite Things, Fireside, and Traditions. We also have a Free Goodies sheet on our website, fabriccafe.com, that list 10 big block patterns.

Oh wait - how about making a table runner to fit your mantle - just add the piece that would fit on top of the mantle and the runner would be the part that falls down in front. Wouldn’t those trees look cute for Christmas, or those stars for US holidays or!!!!!
