I had a traditional one which I gave to my daughter and got one that is a toaster oven/ air fryer, I do like it because I can use as a toaster and just a small oven but I do miss my regular one with a pull out basket, so I am going to get another one of those, I guess I just want it all 😀

Thank you for these delicious and easy recipes to add to my air fryer repertoire! I originally bought an air fryer for our RV because I wanted to keep the cooking smells from hanging around inside the RV. Now I have a Cosori, purchased on your recommendation, in my home and it never leaves my countertop! We live in Arizona and the air fryer helps me to keep our air conditioning bill lower because I’m not heating the whole house up with the oven and the cooking smells are somewhat contained. We love Naan bread pizza in our AF. Toast the bottom first with a little oil for 3 min at 400 - flip and add sauce and toppings. Back in for 4-5 min. Edges are crunchy and tastes like a mini thin crust pizza. Use pesto rather than pizza sauce for a veggie option.

Hi Cathy, well I just made one of your pizza quesadillas, I made it with a bit of a twist by adding half of a chopped up green pepper and I also added two additional grated cheeses, plus some garlic granular and it was fantastic, thanks for your recipes, I am certainly making good use of my air fryer thanks to you 👍👍

Going to try at least 3 of these ideas 😋! But my big takeaway idea 💡 is that I’m going to air fry two individual sized frozen pizzas for half the time and then put one on top of the other like a pizza sandwich. Then I’ll be able to flip them until the bottom crusts are done. I’ve always had trouble getting the bottom of the crust cooked and crispy. Wish me luck on the experiment 😂. The other thing is I’m hoping by the time my toaster oven/air fryer model dies there is one with a bottom element as well. The basket air fryer that you use with a bottom element gives me hope. I really use it as a mini oven for the two of us. Anything to save turning on and preheating my full sized oven. Thanks for your useful and entertaining videos, Cathy!!!

I love your videos! And you are the one who convinced me to purchase my Cosori Dual Blaze......and so far, I'm loving it!! Please make MORE recipes using the Blaze. I get a little confused on what settings to use....I usually end up with just the "air fry".

The air fry setting will always be just fine. Here are what the other settings mean: - AIR FRYER: Upper-high heat/Lower- high heat - BAKE: Upper- low heat/Lower- high heat - BROIL: Upper- high heat/Lower- no heat - ROAST: Upper- medium heat/Lower- high heat

I love watching your son...he's so expressive when he really likes a food item! A couple of questions. How do decide if you need the rack part to cook with in the dual blaze cosori? I usually always have it in but notice in a lot of your recipes you cook without it. Also, where did you find the wire rack that you use to hold down the tortillas when cooking them in the air fryer.

To remove the pit from the avocado, just hold the avocado and the palm of your hand and use your chef knife. Just gently tap it into the top of the pit and twist in the pit come right out
