Blown away by this lodge. It's a more luxurious lodge than the previous safari lodge you had which was more raw and gives a more immersive safari experience. Great video bud!

Absolutely stunning! I’m visiting Kenya next year but this place is definitely a contender if I travel to South Africa one day. Anything is possible if you work hard and want it badly enough! A Safari is my dream holiday 💕

This looks the nicest safari lodge that you have showcased on KZbin so far! The minimalist design reminds me slightly of AMANZOE which creates the most wonderful peaceful atmosphere! The spa is my favourite part.

Sometimes the more modern accommodations you visit leave me a bit cold, but this one got it right! It helps to have such a beautiful natural setting. So happy to see another safari video as a trip to Africa is #1 on my bucket list. Maybe if I put off some home improvement projects, I can afford a few nights at the Kapama Karula. #2 on bucket list is North Island in the Seychelles (not that far from Africa) so that might mean ditching the bathroom remodel and keeping the pink and black tile decor from the '50's (which I secretly love and you would hate-lol). Many thanks for another temptation!

Very nice. 😊 I think I'd definitely prefer Royal Malawane as an experience (for its opulent and somewhat historical luxury), but totally get what you mean when you say you got ideas for decorating your new home. 😊 I also want to add that your music choices are well appreciated by many. There are always those who have something negative to say.

I've gotta say that this KAPAMA lODGE is Much More Luxurious than Royal Maleware, the Decor is Modern, Clean and Elegant in comparison to the other lodge. The master Bathroom is Amazing! this Lodge is absolutely stunning, why is this not number #1 lol :-)

My wife and I stayed at Karula lodge last year and I agree with everything LTE is saying, absolutely beautiful, one thing was not shown was that every time you return to your room, after breakfast, lunch, dinner game drive or anything like that your room has magically been cleaned and tidied again :-) On the downside the game viewing was not great for us.

Have you visited many or any of the private lodgers around Zimbabwe at all ? There are many fantastic ones . Those are worth visiting and viewing in your platform. This lodge is extremely posh I agree but it’s lacking the feeling of a place you find in the African bush and more like a 5 star hotel . For those who want this kind of feel then that’s great , personally it’s a bit too commercial for me , Thanks for these 🙏🏻

This feels like a comfortable family home, in the midst of an overgrown garden. Although there is just a little too much open concept in the bathroom area for my liking.😁 The gremlin in my head was watching and said " I guess the snow doesn't get three feet deep there!" The drivers and trackers would have their hands full with me, as I would so very much want to get chatty and friendly with the elephants. Or try a bit of water buffalo tickling. 😁

Looks beautiful but cheap extremely cheap at the moment. Almost suspiciously cheap. Wondering is 600$ per room too little. Because it seems like a 1000-1200pp$ a night place. Just wanting to know thanks

Nice video. how does this lodge compare with royal maleware? thanks
@luxurytravelexpert7 жыл бұрын
IMHO, it differs in two aspects: 1. The design: Kapama Karula offers a mimimalist ultrastylish design, while Royal Malewane features an oppulent, colonial decor. 2. The safari experience itself: both reserves are neighbours, but wildlife viewing is superior at Royal Malewane
@-Galavanta-7 жыл бұрын
Also about $1200 per person per night at Karula vs $2700 at Royal Malewane.
