I'm 36; This workout kicked my butt: I added 3lb dumbells, the first half, and then 1lb dumbells to the 2nd half. Wow! Love this video. My plan is to test these workouts and encourage my mom, aunt, grandma, grandma, and sister in laws to join. Thanks for this wonderful workout ❤

I definitely had trouble with the ear, elbow one but I was determined to get it down. Thank you so much for another wonderful workout. I love the balance exercises also. I’m 51 so my balance is still good and I want to keep it that way. Your energy is awesome!

I’m 62 and your the one for me that was a great workout and i used 5 pounds weights but not through the whole thing Eye Doctor told me to start using weights when I work out for muscle mass that I’m gonna start losing. I had a bone density and it was showing a little osteoporosis pre!

Fabulous 50, 60s and 70s workout for this girl. This was exceptional. I just loved this one. Thank you so much. I recently started following you. I have been working out for decades. I want to continue working out wisely and my goal is optimal health. I am happy to say I can keep up with you easily at 62. My challenge is not to overdo it and go crazy. I feel your workouts keep me just in the right spot. This here was an excellent workout!!! Thank you, since i have started your workouts every morning i have noticed a huge increase in my energy and hardly any fogginess. I have lost 15 pounds and a total of 4 inches (waist hips and bust) I am unable to do floor exercises at the moment due to lower back and hip pain, but I am hoping to be able to get there soon! You are truly an inspiration. Your energy is fabulous :)

When I was signing on for my workout I came across your message to all of us that your beloved Buddy passed away. Today's workout was bittersweet - bitter because I know Buddy is gone and yet sweet because it he is such a special addition to our workouts together.

Thank you! 🙏. Loved this workout! It also went quick!! My heart rate was up and I add in small weights for some of the exercises to tone up my arms gently. I always feel positive after your workouts and such a nice commentary and love the countdown. 🎉❤
