I am so happy that I found Fabulous 50s workout. I am 62 years old and it is perfect for me. Many exercises are either too much for 60 year old or too lame, not enough (like sitting on a chair and exercise). This is perfect pace for a healthy 60 years old.

I LOVE THIS CONCEPT!! I hate working out, I am busy with work & working out just makes me feel "obligated" My friend Shirley sent me this link So I tried it. Holy cannoli!!! She is fun, great to see a timer, in the right hand side...and she talks positively beautiful Her energy is great & makes you feel good. This is my 2nd day & I am excited to do it early a.m. & p.m. I am going to Europe in May 2022 And want to tone up and feel good I think I found my work out mentor! Hey Schellea 👋🏼 First day back at work after Christmas and I was so tired and lethargic when I got in, I really didn’t want to exercise 😟 I agreed with myself I would just do a shorter one, and I am so glad I did this! I feel energised and great 👍 😁 I might do another one now 😛you never feel worse for doing exercise, even a little bit, but there’s every chance you will feel fabulous 😂

That 15 minute indoor cardio was awesome!! I am about to turn 50 on September 19, I'm overweight/considered obese and also diabetic! I look like I'm 9months pregnant but am not! I want to lose weight and be healthy so I'm trying!

My son who is 6 years old, hates waking up early in the morning and hates exercise; wakes up before school at 7 am, turns on TV and does exercise to your exercises daily and happily!! He finds your exercises so fun and engaging..i myself religiously follow your exercise routine every day... they are so simple and sooo effective.. Slightly out of breath. Thanks. Feel great. I really appreciate you reminding us at the beginning of each move what muscle groups to pay attention to. I believe that when I pay attention to the muscles, I injure myself much less. I have a trick-neck - she tries to take over from the tired muscles, which results in a day- or week- long headache! I recently just turned 50 in September! I'm overweight (obese is what my BMI says) I'm diabetic but I'm determined to lose weight and get healthy this year!! I've lost 4lbs in the last week since really making a decision to go hard on this weight loss journey of mine. I love your workouts!

My favourite cardio work-out ever, really enjoy it and it always gets me sweating and out of breath (am 60). I've stuck with it for 7 months and, boy, do I notice the difference in my body shape and energy levels! What I love about your workouts is that they have flexibility, so you can go as fast or slow as you want, and even modify some of the exercises to take into account those permanent and ongoing little bodily niggles that arise from just living. I'm so glad I've found fabulous 50s. It's so easy to follow and maintain. Shellea you're do easy to listen to. Some if the target videos ie arms, are challenging but as you point out they're so do able. I'm a keen swimmer. But due to lockdown haven't been able to go. It's been tough as it also helps with my mental health too. But, alongside yoga, which I love and cycling I now enjoy fabulous Shellea. I have trouble with my knees and shellea has a video to help strengthen the muscles around the knee. It helps. It really does. Thanks so much Shellea.

Thank you for these! They have been very beneficial in my rehabilitation from being in the hospital. Some are still a bit challenging, but I am just adapting the movements with my current ability.

Just finished the 30 minute fast walk, so did a quick fast forward through this new workout. I work from home and usually break at some point during the day to get up and move for 10 - 15 minutes. This looks like a good one to try later today. Midday update: I just completed this workout. WOW! I got the energy I need to take on the last few hours of the work week. Another excellent workout! Thanks!

Its been a long time since I have felt this good. I love when you say" Feel Good First, Look Good Second" after I had my kids in my 20s and all 3 c-sections I havent been able to tighten my stomach muscles but with your workouts I can tell a difference . Thank you.

I Love your 15min. workouts, I am 54 and love mixing them up a couple times daily along with riding my bike 20min, thanks for making exercising attainable for over 50
