당연 불어나 영어 인터뷰 일줄 알았는데 독어로 하네.인터뷰이가 독어에 능통한듯.루체른 페스티발 2003년도 영상 시절만 해도 저렇게 잘 생긴 남자가 플룻도 환상적으로 잘 연주하다니 감탄하고 봤는데 세월이 많이 흘렀네.그래도 생각보다 사람이 따뜻해 뵘.디게 까칠할 거라 예상했고 2008년 예술의 전당에서 봤을때도 뭔가 도도한 기운이 흘렀었는데.

I wanna show this to my flute friends but we only speak english

He likes the friendly South Koreans, the nature there and their food (garlic). Started flute playing when he was six years old, inspired by the musical neighbours upstairs. Mozart flute concerto, taught for 4 years by the neighbour, "music school", proper conservatoire, and then his professional engagements, incl at Berlin Phils. He expresses his emotions in his playing - music is better for that than words, music without subjective side makes little sense to him.

He also loved transcriptions - as did his teachers and he is doing ever more of those to increase the repertoire.
