FACCIN - BOLDRINI Automatic Dishing Line | Dished End Production

In this presentation, directly from FACCIN Group’s plant in Visano, Italy, Antonella Galuppini, Senior Technical Sales Manager, showcases the company’s Dished End Line composed of a combination of products: hydraulic dishing press with manipulator and a flanging machine.
The Faccin and Boldrini’s dishing lines offered by the group are used all around the globe by manufacturers of tanks, silos, pressure vessels, truck tanks, and metal rolls components to produce an essential part, the dished end.
Due to a reduced number of suppliers, the dished end production has become a very profitable business.
The material thicknesses range from 2 mm to over 80mm in heads thickness in cold forming and up to 100mm in hot forming and a diameter of up to 12000mm.
Antonella takes time to highlighting its main features and latest technology included in the dishing line to meet current applications and market needs.
