My niece had a lovely idea for wedding gifts. Everyone travelled and stayed in airbnb's and spent money to attend. All she asked for was a copy of your favourite book with a message inside explaining why or just offering congratulations or pearls of wisdom. They now have a book shelf full of gifts, and a rather eclectic set of reading material 😊

On my wedding day in the hotel room I just went for a last wee without really needing one and randomly came on my period so thaaaank the lords and then I shouted to my sister ‘omg I’m on my period’ and thankfully she also was on so had tampons 😅 would have been a whole emergency if I hadn’t done that wee 🥲

Damn 😮 that was a quick save you were so lucky! The way I was on my period on my wedding day I was on day 3 I was so hungry but I couldn’t eat much 😂 in the end had 3 slices of cake at the end of the reception
