So many of us are making masks for children we are quarantined from, and so can’t measure. I made this mask for my 8 year old son. It looked great. The only thing I had to change is longer elastic. I used the 7 inch recommendation and it was too tight. I am going to remake it with longer elastic and I'll update. Otherwise, easy, cute mask!

Excellent tutorial. One question. How long do you think it can be worn by a child before the elastic hurts their ears. I'm making the headbands with buttons for hospital admin workers to attach the bands to buttons but don't know what can work for boys. Maybe buttons on their baseball caps.
