I enjoy most of your tips, but this one is not good. With this pandemic the problem is that no one can know for sure if he is sick. If you use the valves with those filters that are not good, or also without filters, you make the mask useless. These masks are not so tight that you just breave through them, so they won't protect you eather. In the end no one is protected. It is better to just increase the area you breathe through to breathe easier, it is even dangerous for others to use these valves to exhale. I understand masks make breathing difficult for everyone of us, they are just a compromise. The best way to protect us is to keep our distance, then we can breathe normally. Stay healthy you all and I am happy to see that a huge community in this world works together to make the situation better and safer for everyone. Thank you all.

If 100% of the population wore a mask, any mask that covers both the nose and mounts, then 0% of the people would get sick. I see people walking with surgical masks and n95 masks while their nose or even their entire mouth is exposed because they “can’t breath”. I almost got into a fight with a middle aged man because he couldn’t keep his distance and neither his mask over his face “because he couldn’t breath”. I said I have the virus and started coughing just so he could back up. I said you either breath through the mask or you won’t get to breath ever
