Face, 19, from PJay Watts Crips (PJWC) talks about his neighborhood at the Imperial Courts Housing projects in South LA. PJay Watts member Tony Bogard was instrumental in the 1992 Watts Peace Treaty. He was shot and killed less than 1-year later, but the truce among several gangs in this community maintained for several years.
