It tells the dealer which seat gets the first hand that is dealt. Every seat is dealt on the table, regardless of number of players. The hands with no players gets picked up immediately.

I normally play 2 hands of face up pai gow....and normally play for a long time and win. Maybe try 2 hands...and see how that goes

Great video, Kelly. Would have been a nice win without the "Fortune" side bets. This side bet is a fairly decent proposition at a full table (as you can win the bet based on your hand as well as the hands of other players) but is a terrible bet when playing alone, especially when you place $10 on it and only have $50 as your base bet. As you casino bloggers say, though, "It's my money ..."

I agree. The side bets are usually pretty awful. I played some games today with really terrible side bets. I lost so much on them.
