This is glorious, been searching for "exercises to tone facial muscles" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Jenrooklyn Facial Mummification - (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my mate got excellent success with it.

I’ve been using this video along with a couple of others for about a month now. I’m 42, never had any treatment done and was feeling low about my face. I now have have a lot of my facial tone back thanks to these exercises! Full lips again, my cheeks are plumper , tighter healthier skin and a glow about me. Thank you for helping me feel a little more confident about myself. I didn’t believe it could work but it really has.

I guess ten mins is doable for most ppl but you can do a few videos a day. I have rubbish days where I just doa. Few at traffic lights but then somefays I’ll watch quite a few videos and do cupping/ gua sha ( cant remember how you spell it) and face massage you can split it up through the day. The face exercises once you learnt a few you can actually just include as part of the day and do them at traffic lights or walking if no ones around ahah the other things you kind of need to sit down for

Do not do this! I did it for a month and literally got crows feet that I never had and my forehead wrinkles became noticeably worse!! The massage part, the double chin and the cheek exercise worked but that’s it...do not do the forehead or crows feet part!!

You got that because you tensed your forehead whilst doing the exercises, you should relax the forehead and you do not get lines xxx

Doing all the face yoga daily or one one day for eye for glow for lifting to be there. Daily this one to be done or will take complete exercise for one thing. So many exercise when to do wich one to do plz guide. I get eyebags daily so i should do daily eye exercise. Upper eyelid also get swollen. Give yoga for that too.
