1:1 1080x1080 -- usually do the trick, but I would experiment with 4:5 ratio also. I keep everything together and use 'placement customization' at the ad-level to ensure the ad looks good in each placement. I never separate ad-sets by placements -- it will work against the algorithm.

@MarketHustle Жыл бұрын
Facebook charges on an impression basis, when people see your ad, not when they convert. However, some programmatic advertising platforms do offer this sort of pricing structure. Social advertising platforms usually do not.

@MarketHustle2 жыл бұрын
@@andylian3279 I have yet to see a successful solution for this that can be broadly adopted -- i think this is where you can benefit from leaning into Influencers and trackable short codes to get some sense of impact, but you will likely not be able to accurately attribute that traffic to revenue. If you see success with that, then consider a stage 2, using UGC ads on Facebook of those influencers to drive traffic to Amazon. No silver bullet, but worth testing if you have exhausted AMZ PPC.

Hey thereI I'm looking for a specific remedy for a problem I am having with setting up ads and driving them to my Shopify store. I am an artist and I sell original paintings and canvas prints. The problem is that I can't seem to get the ad approved. Now I do a lot of different types of art, and I thought maybe it's because of the more sensual pieces I do, however I have used the same product/ photos for a "like" campaign and it worked out just fine. When the ad gets flagged, it tells me something very vague about "circumventing" policies. I have read it over and over and still don't really know what that means. Essentially, the ad is supposed to drive them straight to the product page. Is there anything else you can think of? I love your video! Boy have I learned a lot! thank you!
@MarketHustle Жыл бұрын
It is hard to say without seeing the ad, but likely getting flagged under a 'Adult Content' flag, consider trying to set your age range higher (like +25) maybe that will do the trick. Otherwise, consider testing without sensual pieces.

Great as always thank you! I had a few questions, please. Can you share what was in the end roughly the cost per purchase? And would you recommend as you said to Try the add to cart optimisation for such product instead of purchase? Last question, do you think for a company with a daily budget of $300 would you suggest same strategy? Thanks in advance!
@MarketHustle2 жыл бұрын
The campaigns for similar clients used to do something like 4x ROAS if I recall, but some of the dynamic product campaigns were above 10x ROAS. This is also a few years a go so not 2023 specific. I think that budget strategy is based on many factors, and you should only take the principles from this video -- budget strategy requires a lot of work to figure out and I would not recommend using random benchmarks from videos.

Global header for your website so it fires on every page --- then you must place Standard Events for key pages (i.e. check out page, product pages). Using Google Tag Manager is the best method for most, or if you are using a Shopify site it integrates directly and does the heavy lifting for you.

You could but likely would not yield great results until your data ramps up. You can try doing the next higest event (i.e. add to cart for example) for a few days to build up signals and then pivot to sales.

Thanks for the valuable content Zaryn, If I'm targeting audiences lower than 18 I can't do detailed targeting. Does this affect anything?(It's a clothing brand business)
@MarketHustle Жыл бұрын
Targeting under ages 18 has been limited for child privacy concerns from what I recall. This means that if you will have less ability to control the targeting and it will be broader, if you have REALLLY GOOD ADS and you start to get a lot of conversions, the algorithm will do the heavily lifting for you -- if you don't then you need to focus on making 1. better ads, 2. a more compelling product/service, 3. improve website UX/UI, and 4. pricing, 5. optimizing your website's ability to create a sense of urgency.

That forecast is based on multiple factors, with key factors being yoru audience size, budget, and how many conversions you have had on your pixel. Hi! Thanks for the great content. I have a question regarding placements: If Facebook knows (in the case of Automatic Placements) and can optimize for exactly what you want you can give them more flexibility around where they put your ads - if they don't (which is the case with non-conversion based objectives such as Awareness & Reach) then Facebook will default to the cheapest, lowest quality placements. Not all impressions are equally valuable. What is the logic behind your recommendation? I would love to see what you are seeing and I'm missing. Thank you so much!
@MarketHustle Жыл бұрын
From tests that I have ran, there are certain placements that never generate sales, but always would get maybe 5-8% of the impressions.... You can't always trust what a platform tells you. They are in the business of making money themselves :)
