@@LYFEMarketingAtlanta bro, i have some problem while trying yo apply this... in 18:15, i found the choice is limited to only "Web", and "Apps"...the "offline" choice is can't be clicked alongside with "CRM" choice... and since my main data source is from my customer whatsapp number, what should i do? just skip this step and directly go to making campaign, or you have some advise for me? i do have a website (a brand new one, not even completely built yet), and in my country in southeast asia, people are rarely buying directly from website store, mostly are from marketplace or from other sources and the deal is done by whatsapp... your advise would be a great help for me... thank you in advance... 😊

This was really helpful! Question. I just launched an ad. Totally learning and testing. And after watching this video I see I should have started in brand awareness. But I chose conversions and didn't have the option to choose WHICH TYPE of conversion I wanted(purchase). Is there a reason for that?

Great question! It is likely just because "conversions" includes a wide enough variety of actions that it can't fit all of them at once. If you're looking specifically to optimize purchases, you can try the "Catalog Sales" option under Conversions. If this isn't quite what you're aiming for, then you can also set up Facebook Pixel or Conversions API, and from there you'll be able to select more specific actions/areas on your website. Hope this helps!

To go over it briefly now, here's how Facebook describes the feature: "The attribution setting is a finite period of time during which conversions can be credited to your ads and used to inform campaign optimization." In general, you'll have the option to select from 1-day click, 7-day click (default), 1-day click or 1-day view, and 7-day click or 1-day view as your options for this section. Facebook will take your selection and then optimize your ads to receive more clicks & follow-up views within that specific time frame. For example: if you select 1-day view, Facebook will optimize your ad so that more people will take action on your website within 1 day of clicking on your ad. Sorry again for missing that section, but I hope this could provide enough information to get you started with it. Let us know if you have any other questions!
