Facebook Marketplace has become the new Craigslist, which had become the new ebay for vehicles. It's sad that dealerships have swarmed Craigs and posted payment prices rather than full price. It's disappointing because these dealerships flood Craigs when I genuinely want a vehicle I can buy on the cheap that isn't going to eat my check. Honestly 7k for that FJ is a fair deal since you can't find them for under 20k at any dealership.

That weird nose bit on the SV-1 is part of the impact-absorbing bumper system, which kinda makes sense when you realize that the "SV" stands for "Safety Vehicle" and it was one of the safest sports cars of its day, though calling it a sports car might be a bit generous, as it makes a Delorean look fast. That being said, the company's creator, Malcolm Bricklin, is notable as he was the guy who established Subaru of America. Also, its body panels are made of color-impregnated acrylic resin bonded to fiberglass, meaning there's no paint, which is just nuts.
