Hi, still with the issue? What worked for me: Search>Control Panel>User Account>Credentials Manager>Windows Credentials: look for Messenger in Generic Credentials, and remove it. Then restart the app on your desktop.

Only today I received a notice as I was about to do a video call in Messenger on my computer to download the app. Why? I ended up having to use my Android instead. Why the change in having to download an app? Can anybody explain it? I've been researching it, and not really finding answers.

My desktop messenger app is alwaya running but in every 10 minutes begins FREEZING . I can not use it after that ! I have to close it with the task manager and open once again ! what shell I do ? Reinstalling did not help !!!

On my laptop, when i log into FB. I can't forward a video/Reel throuigh messnger , but can send a typed message.
