@@professorenriquedeferraz am not in an eligible country but I have someone I can ask to fill in those tax, I only have bank account from eligible country can I can fill my bank account details from eligible country while I ask someone to fill the tax

@@Footballlivez Am Nigerian too living in brazil,to the best of my knowledge,which may not be 100%,the review actually passes human verification as well,this maybe the criteria for non eligible countries,if someone trust you to run the tax info for you,you should trust him to receive the funds,then negotiate payout.
