It seems like your columns got reset to the default view somehow. Sometimes the web page will make this error on its own, or sometimes clearing your browser cache can reset a few things. Try adding the ranking columns again and see if it's just a temporary error. If you're still having the same issue, I read a trick online that says that setting your custom columns and then bookmarking the page helped some people with a similar issue. I always have great conversions and engagement on my ads, these are generally above average, but my quality ranking is generally poor, below average and in some cases in the bottom 10%. I really don't know where this part goes wrong, and what I must do to improve this...

If you are happy with the conversions then don't worry too much about the quality ranking, but you should try running new & bold ads to see if that helps

That's alright, it can be hard to get at first! Think of it like this: Facebook collects a lot of data, and they use that data to determine an expected rate of conversion for an ad that has the same audience and optimization goal as yours. Ideally, you'll want to optimize your ad so that you generate better results than what Facebook predicts that you'll generate, because that means your ad is doing better than average (and thus putting your business at an advantage).
