Hmm, we haven't had an issue with that and I can't find anything online that says it's a platform wide issue. There have been a lot of updates to Instagrams algorithms and how they track metrics like views so it could very well just be a bug that they're in the process of working out!

You have to set it up through desktop. Also, make sure your names match what the IRS has on file. Hope that helps.
