I think the place Interpol holds in the progression of "rock" music is underwhelming. This is what helped kill all those awful nu-metal bands in the early 2000's.

@@officeaddict33 I think what he meant was they were “underrated”. He didn’t say it incorrectly and it was a creative sentence, but I think his point is more that they’re not appreciated enough! Haha, I think. Interpol is that band for me that keeps coming back into my ears to remind me why I love music.
