Man he really and truly described everything I’ve felt for the last 20 years of my life almost everyday. It’s been pure hell and staying in constant defense and pain def caused my memory to go to shit and also having a constant brain fog and exhaustion. The exhaustion from deep uncontrollable anxiety that contributes to the depression itself. It’s one big painful combo. The physical pain from the stress. The chest pain, the heart palpitations, the headaches, you can literally feel the dark energy moving up and down through your body and it truly does feel like a disease eating you from the inside out. The nausea and stomach issues from the nerves feeling on fire all of the time. Mannnnnn I’m from the USA and the Finnish metal scene has been my favorite since I was a kid. I just turned 32 today and ima celebrate my birthday by just being thankful and proud of myself that I’ve endured this all for so long. I was Meant to see this interview on my bday. HIM, Children of Bodom, The 69 eyes are my favorite bands I hope he sees this because now I’m gonna go and listen to all of his guitar playing and check out all of his music!!!! When you relate to an artist on such a personal level it truly automatically just made me a fan and I can’t wait to do a deep dive on more of your music! Also Marko if you see this RIP to Alexi Laiho! ❤ I gave him a hug during his last tour for the album Hexed in Atlanta during a meet and greet and had thanked him for his music helping during my darkest times. And he told me “ I know exactly what you mean man” after I briefly discussed the depression. Just wanted to share that powerful memory. That’s one thing I’ll ALWAYS remember! Much love! Im inspired to keep practicing and shredding on bass guitar this year! ❤\m/ 🔥

Marko, mein absoluter Lieblingsmusiker ist er und wird er immer bleiben. Die Stimme einzigartig, ich mag ihn am Bass. Er ist unfassbar schön und so natürlich und so ehrlich. Mir tut es unendlich leid, dass er diese Sch… Krankheit hat. Ich wünsche Marko das Beste und weiterhin, dass er die schlechten Zeiten überwindet. Ich höre ganz viel seine Musik und ich habe noch nicht ein Stück gehört, was mir nicht gefallen hat. So einen Künstler gibt es kein zweites Mal. Marko ist ein unfassbares Talent. Ich wünsche dir, lieber Marko, alles Glück und weiterhin ganz viel Erfolg 🍀 und alles Gute 👍🎸Ich freue mich über alles, was von dir kommt. 👍👏🙋🏻
