Can you use the standard Gardiner goose neck with this only asking as ive not long brought new gardiner brushes but snapped my slx today
@russellemery81873 жыл бұрын
I've had mine now for 18 months I clean it with pole cleaner every 2 weeks and have no issues at all. I too use the gardener swivel it's a game changer. I have an extra section on mine than your 22 it only adds a few grams in weight and I don't find the extra length a problem but I do like the extra thickness it provides as I find thinner sections gives me hand ache.

Been using the Phantom 22 for a couple of days and already i absolutely love it. It feels so good in the hand, really solid little pole. The cherry on the cake, is the Facelift brush, with the nylon bristles & horse hair core. The scrubbing power is noticeably far superior than any other brush i`ve used. Its a bit heavier than what I'm used to but i think its no bad thing as the brush plants itself firmly down on the glass & gets right into all the corners. Absolutely love the whole set up. I'm sold .....

Hi dave , I bought my phantom 22 Pole hybrid November 2018 and have not used it yet I bought it on standby ready to replace my Phoenix 22 Pole I've been toying with the idea of using either the slick 2 to connect or the tubeless set up now I noticed window Cleaning Warehouse say that you cannot use this system with the phantom poles is this because it's the updated Pole would it work on mine and or would I have to buy the end cap from xceed only by the way your videos are absolutely brilliant I really enjoy them and they are very informative.
@squeakycleandave14 жыл бұрын
Carl Gabriel My choice would be to have the tubeless kit rather then the slick if I were you. I think it’s the Phoenix pole that it doesn’t fit not the Phantom. If your pole is the Phantom with the new style clamps with the inserts in the flite kit should fit but if you are unsure I would give them or Exceed a ring to make sure. Thanks for watching the videos 👍 Hope this helps

Hi Dave thank you you for your your reply I was obviously looking at the wrong product on window Cleaning Warehouse it's the facelift flight hose connector I was looking at I'm definitely going to get one and obviously look at your video on how to connect one up like you did on your phantom Pole which connections are the best series 21 or series 26 what is the difference many thanks
@squeakycleandave14 жыл бұрын
Carl Gabriel the difference between the rectus 21 and the 26 is the size. The 26 is a much bigger fitting. I use the rectus 21 on my pole hose and the 26 where the water goes into the reel. To use a tubeless kit you need a rectus 21. Hope this helps 👍

Stick to gardiner. I had these poles i never like them. Clamps are terrible they come lose when your out working and then you have to piss about with a Alan key. I have had gardiner befour always go back. When the glued clamps are on they stay on for at least 2 and half years. And buy that time your ready for a new pole anyway. And also gardiner have got things in there clamps were after time the pole wears out and the sections move but with the new gardiner clamps you just tighten and that's it. If any body can tell me better poles than the gardiner xtreme super light i would like to know. Even the clx and slx range are better than most companies good poles.

The tubeless kit question & the swivel neck question. So this is the time to break away & try the new boys on the block 👍

The only downside with the Ova8 is you can’t fit a tubeless kit but the benefits far outweigh that for me. I think they have changed the design of the Phantom since I had mine so not sure how the tubeless works so it may be worth asking before you order. If you go with the Ova8 call Varitech a call.
