@@TheCruise94 not sure got I from the scrappy but just didn’t clean it, I had it for a couple months under a tree though so definitely made it worse haha, but the paint looks tidy underneath!

What kinda Micra was it before the pre face swap? There are 4 different looks so a b c d… which one was it? Also is it just fitting the pre face parts or is it also getting new parts that the new panels fit?

It was a 2nd facelift before, so a D. It’s just fitting the panels, all that has to be changed is bumper brackets and bonnet latch, and headlights of course. It’s an easy swap, we did it in a couple of hours.

Hi mate my grandson races k11's and we've just bought another one to build, it's a pre facelift and all the parts bonnet, wings, lights bumper ect are perfect and will be going up for sale as we don't use them. Just wondering how much I should expect to sell them for as a conversion

Hello mate, what colour are the panels? Unsure in prices, I think each panel there would probably go for about 30 quid each and headlights 20 each roughly

@@TheCruise94 hi he races two different formulas micra rods, they all facelift models and junior bangers what is a stripped out k11 that he smashes to bits so we just take the good parts off. We in Stoke on trent

What's the cost of getting a Micra wrapped? I wanna convert to preface but my car is century green and they didn't make prefaces in that colour. I also imagine I'd need the paint sorting before it gets wrapped because the clear coat is peeling on the roof and bonnet

Depends where you go of course but I don’t think it’s very cheap. Doug got a quote for just the front end on his, and they wanted £350 even though he was supplying the vinyl! And yeah better paint underneath would give a better finish for the wrap

@@TheCruise94 ooh yeah that is a bit pricey, if they're gonna have to fix my paint and wrap it it will be even more so i'd rather just get the roofs clear coat sorted and swap and paint he front end 😂

Purely aesthetics and preference. Most people prefer the look of a Preface and you have the benefits of a newer car. Running a 2002 with the look of a 1995 is pretty cool!

You don’t need the slam panel, just transfer across the bonnet catch
