Since we’re talking about skincare, I’ll leave a Video request/experience here. Could you do a deep dive into The Inkey List? I've had a horrible experience with them this past year. I’m a long-time user of The Inkey List, and my most used products are the hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, AHA/BHA toner, Fulvic acid cleaner, tranexamic acid, oat cleansing balm, C-50 blemish night treatment and retinol serum. The last two are ok. I won’t rush to repurchase. The last batch of products I purchased from them had a chemical smell. I reached out to the Inkey list Team with the batch numbers as I was breaking out using them, and there is no expiration date. And it turns out they sold an expired/lousy batch. They’ve been suspiciously quick to deny, claiming they are not required to write expiration dates on their products. And that they sold the products with 6 months shelf life. Imagine that your website states your products have 36 months shelf life, which they confirmed in said email, but then tell me they sold to me with 6 months left, which I cannot verify. 🤦🏾‍♀️ moreover, they also blamed user error and layering. They refuse returns and replacements. Just beware and refrain from purchasing their products from third-party websites. I buy directly from their website, which still hasn’t helped.
