hello doctor in ladakh there is no humidity in air so there is too much dry and maam i have a problem druing mentrual days pinpel is arise on my face abd then there is left on my skin as a pigmentatio brown spot how to treat maam for pimentation ...in my facr pigmentation is also produce if there is little injury or wound in that case also maam...maam plzz what remove pigmentation

Ma'am my son (age 16) face skin is extremely acne prone and he doesn't apply anything on his face except rose water as if he applied anything oily or creamy on his face, many large painful acne appear. Hi, just to let you know that when double cleansing with an oil, it has to emulsify on contact with water. There are many oil cleansers available. Raw coconut oil doesn't emulsify it stays on the skin leaving a sticky residue, clogging the pores and not allowing your rest of the skincare to penetrate properly.

I’ve loved watching Dr. Shetty’s videos. I remember seeing her series on Glamrs channel back in the day. I use miceller water to remove my pigment makeup (mascara, lipstick and eyeliner) and then I use Clinique take the day off balm and then use the Novology cleanser for acne prone skin. I’m loving this combo. Is it ok or is it too much? I am 31F living in Mumbai.
