Would a linear incision over the surface of the cyst and then undermining the cyst with scissors and removing the cyst through the linear incision leave a smaller scar than a circular incision around the cyst?

If you are ever in the ER for something that requires stitches on your face, demand a plastic surgeon do it. It will make all the difference. I did, my friend did not and she has a huge scar, I don't.

The person doing this surely explains why they are so so so good at their job. Plastic surgery is the word you need to look out for. They can make a scar look like a 👀 👀 👀 👀 👀 👀. Be good to see the after shot when stitches are out or dissolved.
